Chef de Partie and Sous Chef – Dublin – 4 and 5 Star Hotels We are recruiting Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs for a range of hotels across the Dublin area of Ireland. They are looking for Chefs with experience of working within professional kitchens who are creative and passionate in their cooking. You will have worked with fresh food and be looking to move to kitchens set within luxury 4 and 5 star hotels. As Chef de Partie / Sous Chef you will: • Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required • Be responsible for running your own section • Ensure self-organisation and that all mise en place is completed prior to service • Be passionate, talented and hardworking • Supervise and train junior chefs • Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout If you are looking for a challenging Chef de Partie or Sous Chef role within a high-level kitchen, then please send your CV now.
